How do I create and account?
Creating an Avalea Skincare customer account allows you to store billing and shipping information so that you do not have to enter it every time you place an order. How can I recover/change my password?
If you cannot remember your password or need to change your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" link on the account log in page. You will need to enter the email address associated with your log in page and click the submit button. After clicking the submit button, you will be emailed a "reset password" link to recover or change your password.
How do I update my account information?
You can update your account information by logging into your customer account.
SHIPPING and RETURNS
Order inquiries / track an order
An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. An email confirmation will be sent to you with an order number and summary of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an additional email confirming shipment. This email will include tracking information (where applicable).
My order shows delivered, where is it?
With the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation, please contact your local Post Office or UPS (depending on which carrier delivered your order) for any further delivery details. If you are unable to locate it through the carrier, please email Avalea Skincare at firstname.lastname@example.org
We want you to love your avaleaskincare.com purchase, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to email@example.com (Attention: Returns) within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide you a return/authorization number. Once your return has been received, we will refund your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please email at the email address listed above (Attention Returns Dept), include your full name, address, phone number, invoice number and reason for return.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be accompanied by the return authorization number that we send you. Any returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Avalea.
- For your protection and to ensure confirmation/prompt delivery, we recommend that returns or exchanges be sent via Fed Ex, UPS or insured Parcel Post, which can be tracked in case of loss. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning a product.
If damages have occurred during shipping, please contact us no later than the next day following the arrival of the products. We will arrange to have the damaged product(s) replaced and shipped to you free of charge.
