How do I create and account?

Creating an Avalea Skincare customer account allows you to store billing and shipping information so that you do not have to enter it every time you place an order. Avalea Skincare does not store credit card information for your security. To create and account and keep track of your order, click here

How can I recover/change my password?

If you cannot remember your password or need to change your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" link on the account log in page. You will need to enter the email address associated with your log in page and click the submit button. After clicking the submit button, you will be emailed a "reset password" link to recover or change your password.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your account information by logging into your customer account.

Where are Avalea skincare products sold? 

Our skincare products are only sold on the sites listed below. We do not sell our skincare products on eBay or any other marketplace (website) that is not listed below. If you suspect a non-authentic listing, please contact us at support@avaleaskincare.com

SHIPPING and RETURNS


Order inquiries / track an order


An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. An email confirmation will be sent to you with an order number and summary of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an additional email confirming shipment. This email will include tracking information (where applicable).


Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order once it has been placed, please contact customer care as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund your credit card for the full amount of your purchase. 

My order shows delivered, where is it? 

With the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation, please contact your local Post Office or UPS (depending on which carrier delivered your order) for any further delivery details. If you are unable to locate it through the carrier, please email Avalea Skincare at support@avaleaskincare.com

Returns

We want you to love your avaleaskincare.com purchase, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to support@avaleaskincare.com (Attention: Returns) within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide you a return/authorization number. Once your return has been received, we will refund your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 1-2 business days.

Return Instructions:
  • Please email at the email address listed above (Attention Returns Dept), include your full name, address, phone number, invoice number and reason for return.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be accompanied by the return authorization number that we send you. Any returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Avalea.
  • For your protection and to ensure confirmation/prompt delivery, we recommend that returns or exchanges be sent via Fed Ex, UPS or insured Parcel Post, which can be tracked in case of loss. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning a product.

Damages

If damages have occurred during shipping, please contact us no later than the next day following the arrival of the products. We will arrange to have the damaged product(s) replaced and shipped to you free of charge. Customer service can be contacted at support@avaleaskincare.com (Attention: Damaged Products) or by  telephone at 1.800.475.3412. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm (CST),  excluding holidays. 

I returned my order, where is my refund?


Avalea Skincare will issue a refund within 2-3 business days of receiving and processing your returned order. 


Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Avalea Skincare does not currently offer gift wrapping.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


Are your products Gluten Free? 

We do our best to source materials that are able to provide a certificate of being gluten free. However, for customers with gluten sensitivities we cannot guarantee that the raw materials and ingredients we use are 100% gluten free.

Do you test on animals? 

Avalea Skincare is a cruelty-free company. We do not believe in supporting the inhumane treatment of animals in cosmetic and personal care product testing. We love all animals, and it is very important for us to stay cruelty-free.
